Side B Install

macOS

  1. Open the .dmg and drag the app to Applications.
  2. Open Verso. Since the app is free and has no paid Apple signature, macOS says it couldn't verify it. Click Done, not Move to Trash.
  3. Open System Settings › Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, click Open Anyway and confirm with your password. Only the first time.
  4. When macOS asks, allow Verso to control Spotify. That's how it knows what's playing.

Windows

  1. Run the .exe installer.
  2. If SmartScreen warns you, click More info and then Run anyway.
  3. Play something in the Spotify app for Windows or in YouTube Music in your browser. The lyrics show up on their own.
